Enable Universal Behavior Exchange (UBX) integration with WebSphere Commerce

We can enable Universal Behavior Exchange (UBX) integration with WebSphere Commerce by configuring settings on both the IBM Marketing Cloud Transact XML and WebSphere Commerce sides.

Task info

All WebSphere Commerce tasks must be performed in production, as that is where the customer segment member information resides.
