Resending a message
We can resend unsent messages in the Administration Console.
Procedure
- Open the Administration Console and select Site on the Administration Console Site/Store Selection page.
- Do one of the following:
- To resend an unsent message, follow the steps in Viewing unsent messages
- To resend a sent message, follow the steps in Viewing sent messages
- From the Search Results page, select the message we want to resend and click Send. The Transports Configuration Parameters page displays.
- Modify the appropriate fields for the message.
- Click OK. The message is resent.
