View a customer segment summary or list

The name of the customer segment is stored in only one language. If you are logged into WebSphere Commerce Accelerator in a language that is different from the language in which the customer segment was created, then we will see the name in the original language. The description, however, can be input in multiple languages.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. Click Marketing > Customer Segments. The Customer Segments page displays, containing the customer segments currently defined for the selected store. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. Select the check box to the left of the customer segment that to view.

  4. Do one of the following:

    • Click Summary. The Customer Segment Summary page displays, containing information about the selected customer segment.

    • Click View Customers. The View Customers page displays, containing a list of customers in the selected customer segment.

      The results in this list are not accurate if the customer segment is created in Management Center and populated using the Add To or Remove From Customer Segment action in a Web or Dialog activity. In this case, the list includes all registered customers regardless of whether they are in the customer segment.

  5. When you are finished, click OK to return to the previous page.
