Delete customer segments

Use WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to delete customer segments.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. Click Marketing > Customer Segments. The Customer Segments page displays, containing the customer segments currently defined for the selected store. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. Select the check box to the left of the customer segment that to delete.

  4. Click Delete. The page should now display the updated list of customer segments.

    1. Customer segments that are currently associated with an active campaign activity cannot be deleted.

    2. Currently, deleting customer segments on a staging server, and propagating these changes to a production server has no effect. You must delete the customer segment on the production server directly.
