Hide a bundle or kit

You can hide a bundle or kit so that it does not display to customers, for example, if the bundle or kit is temporarily out of stock.


Procedure

  1. Find the bundle or kit to hide.

  2. Select the bundle, prebuilt kit, or dynamic kit and click Change. The Change Bundle and Kit notebook opens.

  3. On the General page, clear the Display to customers check box.

  4. Click OK to save the changes and close the notebook.

  5. Optional: To hide the bundle or kit in additional store languages:

    1. Click the Select icon.

    2. Change the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator language to the language for which to hide the bundle or kit.

    3. Repeat steps 1-5.

    4. Repeat steps a-c for each additional language for which to hide the bundle or kit.


What to do next

If the changes to the catalog data do not display in the store, the Site Administrator may need to disable caching or remove the currently cached JSP pages.
