Close expected inventory records

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to close one or more expected inventory records. Once you close an expected inventory record, you cannot re-open it. Be sure you have received all of the inventory associated with the expected inventory record before you close it.

Procedure

1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
   

2. Open the Expected Inventory list.

   • Click Merchandise > Expected Inventory.

   • Click Products > Expected Inventory.

3. Select the check boxes to the left of the expected inventory records that to close, and click Close.

4. A message is displayed, prompting you to confirm that to close the expected inventory records. Click OK to close them. The Expected Inventory list refreshes, removing the closed expected inventory records.
