View a discussion forum message

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to view a discussion forum message.

Procedure

1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
   

2. Click Auctions > View Auctions. The Auctions page displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

3. Select an auction and click Discussion to manage discussions about auctions.

4. The Auction Discussion page displays. Select a message and click View.

5. The View Discussion Forum Message page displays. The following information is included:

   • Message ID

   • Subject

   • Sender's name

   • Date and time

   • Content
