Manage discussions

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to manage discussions.

Procedure

1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
   

2. Select the appropriate option for the role:

   • Click Auctions > List Auctions

   • Click Auctions > List Auctions

3. Select an auction and click Discussion to manage discussions about the auction.

4. The Auction Discussion page displays. From this page you can:

   • Create new messages

   • Respond to messages

   • Change the status of a customer's message from private to public

   • View messages

   • Delete messages

• Create a discussion forum message
  Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to create a new discussion forum message.

• View a discussion forum message
  Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to view a discussion forum message.

• Respond to a discussion forum message
  Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to respond to a discussion forum message.

• Delete a discussion forum message
  Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to delete a discussion forum message.
