View a summary of an RFQ customer
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- From the Sales menu, click RFQs. A list of RFQ requests displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- Find the RFQ to work with.
- Select the check box next to the RFQ name you are working with.
- Click Customer Summary. The Customer Summary page displays, allowing you to view details of the buyer who created this RFQ request.
- Optional: Click Print to print a copy of the contents of this page.
- Click OK.
