Send a broadcast e-mail to stores

The Channel Manager or Site Administrator can send a broadcast e-mail to a certain category of stores, such as all open stores, or all closed stores.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From the Extended sites menu, select Broadcast e-mail. The Broadcast page displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. Type the e-mail address of the sender.

  4. Select the recipients you would like to send this e-mail to.

  5. Type any additional recipients for this e-mail, and use a comma to separate the e-mail addresses.

  6. Type the subject of the broadcast e-mail.

  7. Type the message that you would like to send in the e-mail.

  8. Click Send, and the e-mail will be scheduled to run whenever the system has available resources.
