Manage reseller stores
After the reseller store is created, the Channel Manager can manage it.
- Find stores
The Channel Manager can search for a specific reseller based on the search criteria they enter.
- View a summary of a store
Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to view a summary of a store.
- Open or closing stores (Channel Manager)
Before customers can access a store, the store must be opened. Only stores with a status of Closed can be opened. Closing a store prevents customers from accessing a store. Stores should be closed before making any changes to the store. The Channel Manager can open or close the store for the reseller allowing or preventing customers from accessing the store.
- Suspend or resuming stores
Suspending a store prevents customers from accessing the store and prevents the reseller from opening it. Only stores with a status of Open or Closed can have their service agreements suspended. A suspended store can be resumed, allowing the reseller to access it. Customers are prevented from accessing the store until the store is opened.
- Delete reseller service agreements
The Channel Manager can mark a reseller service agreement for deletion. This suspends the store and prevents the store from being resumed.
- Select products to sell in a store
The Channel Manager can use the Catalog Filter to exclude categories and products for sale at the store. Click Filter Catalog from the contracts list to open the Catalog Filter.
