Cancel contracts

Cancel a contract permanently prevents a buyer organization from purchasing under that contract. The contract stays in the WebSphere Commerce database for reference and can be viewed or used to create a duplicate contract. A canceled contract cannot be resumed.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. Click Sales > Accounts. The Account List page displays, containing business accounts currently defined for the selected store. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. Select the check box to the left of the business account that has the contract to cancel. Click Contracts. The Contract List page displays, containing contracts currently defined for the selected business account.

  4. Select the check box to the left of the contract that to cancel. Click Cancel. The page should now display the updated status of the contract.
