Approve or reject a draft contract
Draft contracts can be approved or rejected by approvers and administrators with appropriate access. The process for approving or rejecting a contract is the same process used for all approvals in WebSphere Commerce.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Click Store > Approval Requests. The Approval Requests page displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- Select the check box to the left of the contract that to approve or reject.
To see a summary of the contract details, click Summary.
- Click Approve to approve the contract or Reject to reject it. The status for the contract you are working on will update to reflect the decision.
