Add a shipping or billing address

To add a new shipping or billing address to a customer profile:


Procedure

  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.

  2. Select a store.

  3. Find the customer for whom to add a shipping or billing address.

  4. Go to the Addresses page of the Customer editor.

  5. Click Add.

  6. On the New Address page:

    1. Enter a unique address nickname and associated address information.

    2. Select the appropriate address type.

    3. Click OK.
