Modify customer comments

A supervisor can add or change information in a comment entered in the customer editor. You can change any text in the comment box, but you cannot change the comment perspective. Also, a supervisor can modify a customer comment even if the supervisor did not enter it.


Procedure

  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.

  2. Select a store.

  3. Find a customer, or select a customer in the Stores view.

  4. Select the Comments page.

  5. Click Open or double-click the comment to modify it.

  6. Make changes as necessary and then click OK.
