Delete customer comments

A supervisor can delete a comment entered in the comments page in the customer editor. The supervisor can delete a customer comment even if the supervisor did not enter it.


Procedure

  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.

  2. Select a store.

  3. Find a customer, or select a customer in the Stores view.

  4. Select the Comments page.

  5. Select a comment in the table and then click Delete.

  6. Click OK on the confirmation dialog box.
