Changing an e-Marketing Spot
You can change the properties of an e-Marketing Spot, such as its name, description, display type, and default content.
Verify the changes you make to the e-Marketing Spot properties match how the e-Marketing Spot is defined in the corresponding JSP file. This applies to:
- The Name field; the name must match the emsName parameter in the JSP file.
- The selections for the Displays content, Displays catalog entries, and Displays categories check boxes; ensure the type of content is supported by the JSP file.
- The Default content specified; ensure the JSP file supports the data type and quantity.
Procedure
- Open the Marketing tool.
- From the explorer view, click E-Marketing Spots. The E-Marketing Spots - List page opens.
- Right-click the e-Marketing Spot that to change; then click Open. The properties page for the e-Marketing Spot opens.
- Edit the fields as appropriate.
- Click Save to save the e-Marketing Spot, or click Save and Close to close the editor and return to the previous page.
