Installments tool
Use the Installments tool in Management Center to create and manage installment rules that support the payment methods for the site.
The following screen capture provides a quick look at the Installments tool. This calendar view of installment rules shows all installment rules scheduled for the store for a specified period of time:

Here is a summary of tasks you can perform to create and manage installment rules for the site:

Limitations
The Installments tool does not support the workspaces feature. When workspaces are enabled, the Installments tool is not available.
- Installment rules
The Brazil starter store is the only store that includes the installment rules feature by default in the store JSP files; installment rules are only enabled in the Brazil starter store. The Brazil starter store allows customers to pay for purchases using an installment payment plan. Installment rules specify different installment payment options that a customer can select. For example, you can configure an installment rule that allows you to offer customers four monthly payments of 26.69 Brazilian Reals when they purchase a coffee maker from the store catalog.

Installment rules are managed by Marketing Managers. They are used to offer customers different installment payment options when they purchase items from the store catalog.
