Use Microsoft IIS
If you are planning to use Microsoft IIS as the WebSphere Commerce Web server, configure Microsoft IIS according to the Microsoft product documentation. After you have completed installing Microsoft IIS, configure WebSphere Commerce. The configuration of the Web server is completed after you create a WCS instance.
