Handle security warnings
Security warnings display whenever you log on to the customer care workspace.
To access the workspace, accept these warnings.
The text of the warnings depends on the browser. For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5, the Security Alert dialog displays. Click Yes. If you are prompted to accept any cookies, click Yes or OK to accept them.
