Marketing activities support new trigger, target, and action elements
Take advantage of three new types of Web activities to motivate customers to make a purchase.
- Display a list of the top-browsed catalog entries for a category you specify.
- Display a list of the best selling catalog entries for a category you specify.
- Calculate and show customers the discounted price of a catalog entry they are currently viewing, based on one or more promotions you specify.
Use the new Promotion Checker target to check a catalog entry that a customer is currently viewing to determine whether the catalog entry qualifies for a promotion you specify. If so, you can display an ad for the promotion.
For Dialog activities, the Marketing tool now offers a "make the own" trigger to simplify Dialog activity customization. This new trigger starts or continues a Dialog activity when a custom event occurs.
