Create a task template

Create a task template from an existing task if you want to reuse a task in any workspace or task group.

To create a task group template:

  1. Open the Workspace Administration Tool.

  2. Select Workspaces > Manage workspaces.

  3. On the Workspaces page, select the task from which you want to create a template.

  4. Click Save as template.
