Viewing customer service reports

The majority of the customer service reports are created from data from WebSphere Commerce Analyzer. Before these reports will display in the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator, the business intelligence component must be enabled, and replication and ETL must be run on the database at least once. Otherwise there is no data for the reports to display.

If you do not install and configure WebSphere Commerce Analyzer, you will still be able to view the operational customer service reports. For more information about the customer service reports, see Customer Service reports.

Important: Customer service reports will only display data for Customer Service Representatives working in the IBM Sales Center.

To view customer service reports:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. From the Operations menu, select Customer Service Reports. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
    From the Sales menu, select Customer Service Reports. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
  3. A list of the available customer service reports displays.
  4. Select the report that you want to view.

Note: WebSphere Commerce Analyzer reports are only available after installing and configuring WebSphere Commerce Analyzer. Refer to the following documents for more information:
