Retracting an RFQ response (Enterprise)
If you are unsure if you should cancel or modify an existing response, you can retract the response if it is in an active state. This places the response in an intermediary state from which the response can be canceled or modified. The option is available when the response has been submitted, but not yet accepted by the buyer. To retract a response:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Find the response you want to retract.
- Select the check box for the row containing the response you want.
- Click Retract. The status of the response will be updated to Retracted.
