Account Representative Information roadmap (B2B Direct) (Enterprise)
The Account Representative role is the primary role responsible for creating contracts for accounts, changing orders for accounts, and monitoring account activity. Account Representatives are part of the sales organization, and as such may be involved in the creation of targeted sales promotions such as discounts and coupons.

Sales
- Manage business accounts:

- Request and view business intelligence reports, such as account and contract management, marketing, and sales reports. Many of the business reports are generated by WebSphere Commerce Analyzer.
- Request and view operational reports, such as inventory management, order management, and fulfillment reports; or traffic and sales performance. These reports are generated in real time from your operational database.
- Participate in asynchronous collaborative business discussions in the form of workspaces using Lotus QuickPlace
