Process: Transfer of orders to Marketplace

Objective
Transfer an order from a reseller to the MarketPlace.
Description
The process tranfers the order to a Marketplace for fulfillment by selecting suppliers using facilities provided by the marketplace. The fulfillment center is assigned for order items (if a fulfillment center ID is specified) and releases the order items. An order item can be released without changing its fulfillment center assignment.
One or more releases may be created from the selected order items. A release is a set of products in a given order that have the same ship-to address, fulfillment center, and shipping carrier.
A fulfillment center can be associated with a marketplace to which the items may be released if it is associated with a marketplace hub. Whenever an order item is relesed to such a fulfillment center, the item is also added to the user's shopping cart in the hub. In this case, the user can optionally specify that the items are to be added to an existing shopping cart or new shopping cart.
Alternatively, the user could indicate that the items from each of the customer orders be added to a separate shopping cart (new) in the fulfillment center store as opposed to all items from all customer orders being added to one single shopping cart (new or old).
