Objective
To allow a gift registry registrant to purchase the remaining items from their gift registry list at a discount, after the event has passed.
Description
A gift registry registrant can take advantage of purchasing items at a discount. The store may have a completion program that invites registrants to purchase the remaining items from their gift registry lists, at a discount after the event has passed. Typically, the store will define rules on the type and amount of the discount, the start and end dates, and any other stipulations.
Features
- Search for and review a registry with an event date that has past
- Take advantage of the limited time discount off all items within the registry list
- View the registry list and select an item to purchase at a discount
- Add the item to the shopping cart, and submit the order
- When all items have been purchased, or when the completion program has expired, the system marks the gift registry as complete, and purchased can no longer be made from this registry
