Use the IBM Support Assistant search facility

The assistant is used to search for support related information across multiple search locations concurrently.

To perform search requests within the IBM Support Assistant:

1. Install the IBM Support Assistant and the WebSphere Commerce plug-in for the ISA

2. Start the IBM Support Assistant.

3. Click the Search link.

4. Enter your search argument in the Search field.

5. Check the Show options box to specify which information source you want to search.

6. Select a combination of optional search locations.
   

   At least one of the search options must be selected to perform a search.

7. Click the Search button.

8. Follow the search result links and view the individual search result pages.
