Posting questions and answers to a forum

When you need a solution for a specific problem, posting a question to a forum can be a useful way to find help. Forum members can suggest answers which we can accept or reject.

Posting questions and answers to a forum is also a great way to share the answers to common questions. Formatting information in a question-and-answer format provides a way to share basic information in an easy-to-read layout.

Question topics that are still not answered are displayed on the Open Questions tab on the My Forums page. We can view resolved questions by clicking the Answered Questions tab.
