Restore a data store

If a failure occurs that cannot be dealt with by the system, we can restore the data store from a backup, if you are regularly backing up the data store tables.

To restore the tables that comprise a data store, refer to the documentation for the chosen database.

We must stop the messaging engine before restoring the data store. If we attempt to restore the data store for a messaging engine that is still running, you might lose or corrupt important data.
