Working with annotations
When you add annotation features to a model and configure them on the server, users can create, view, respond to, and archive comments. Users can also add attachments through the built-in File Upload builder.

Adding annotations enables users to add comments, responses, and file attachments to a chart, table, or table data for others to see. Users can create, view, respond to, and archive comments and can add attachments through the built-in File Upload builder.
- Working with the Annotation Administration portlet
Use the Annotation Administration portlet to preserve older annotations without saving them in the database. Annotations that were created within the range you set are saved to a file and removed from the database.Parent topic: Working with collaborative features
