Cluster modes

 

There are two modes in which you might run a cluster system with WebSphere MQ:

• Active/Passive

• Active/Active

If you are using MSCS together with the Microsoft Transaction Server (COM+), we cannot use Active/Active mode.

• Active/Passive mode
