Modify Document Manager properties
Overview
Users must have edit authority to modify the way Document Manager behaves. Some settings depend on the way the administrator has configured Document Manager. For example, if the administrator has disabled the folder tree, users will not see the option to display the folder tree for their own Document Manager instance.
Users with edit authority can modify the way their own instance of Document Manager behaves. Document Manager is set per user, rather than per portlet instance. The settings that users can modify depends on how the administrator has configured the Document Manager instance. For example, if the administrator turns off the indicator for new documents, users will not see the option to specify how long documents are displayed as new.
- Log in to the Document Manager instance.
- Modify the following settings according to your preferences:
- Number of documents displayed per page
