Who Is Here V5.1

The Who Is Here V5.1 portlet displays an inline list of people in the page or virtual page with whom the user is able to chat. Instances of this portlet appear on pages of the Collaboration Center.

For information about working with the Who Is Here portlet, see the Help that is available from the portlet title bar.

Using the Who Is Here portlet

The Who Is Here portlet displays information from a Lotus Instant Messaging server that is set up to work with WebSphere Portal.

Note: Avoid adding Who Is Here to a page if you think that more than 200 users will regularly visit the page.

Portlet security

Users must have the appropriate access to the Lotus Instant Messaging server that has been set up for use with Lotus Collaborative Services. Collaborative Services logs the user into Lotus Instant Messaging, so a user does not have to enter a name and password.
