Use Microsoft Outlook with Connections 

The IBM Connections plug-in for Microsoft™ Office and Microsoft Windows™ integrates IBM Connections with your Microsoft Outlook client. It lets you add content from Outlook into Activities, lets you search the IBM Connections applications, and allows you to select a name and get directory information in the form of a business card.

Before you use the IBM Connections feature, configure the services so that you can access the servers for the IBM Connections applications you plan to use. For example, to post content to an activity supply the URL for an activity server that you can access. You must also supply the user name and password that you use for IBM Connections. If you do not have this information, see your IBM Connections administrator.
