Viewing Profiles business cards
From Microsoft™ Outlook email, you can view people's business cards from IBM Connections Profiles. Business cards list people's contact information as well as links to content and IBM Connections.
Before starting
You must be configured to use Profiles to use this feature. See the topic Configure IBM Connections Plug-in for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows
Procedure
- Select an Outlook message.
- Click Connections -> Show Business Card above the editing area.
- Click a name to open the associated business card.
From the card, you can view contact information or link to related information, such as a blog post that the person wrote.
