Manually reinstall Installation Manager
Overview
Installation Manager might be unresponsive because an installation of the application has failed, installation directory files were accidentally removed, or the program files became corrupted. To fix these issues, you can install a new version by manually removing the installation files and reinstalling the application. The new version continues to use the current Agent Data Location directory, the memory of the Installation Manager, and can detect the previously installed packages.
You use the installer to install Installation Manager. You can download the latest version of the installer from the IBM Support Portal .
