Uninstalling on Windows
You can uninstall WebSphere Portal only or both WebSphere Portal and IBM WAS using either the graphical user interface, console mode, or silent uninstallation program. To uninstall WebSphere Portal:
- Prepare to uninstall on Windows
Before uninstalling WebSphere Portal, prepare your system; for example, adding passwords to the properties files and keeping or discarding database information.
- Uninstalling on Windows
If you have a complete and functional uninstallation program, you can uninstall WebSphere Portal only or both WebSphere Portal and IBM WAS.
