Finding a web service
You can find a web service through public or private resources.
To find a service on xmethods.org:
- In a browser, navigate to http://www.xmethods.org.
- Scroll through the list of services and click the link to on one that you want to use.
- In the information page that the browser displays, copy the URL for the service WSDL document. The following URL is for the WSDL document for a stock service implemented with .NET:
http://ws.cdyne.com/delayedstockquote/delayedstockquote.asmx?wsdl
Once you have the URL for the service WSDL document, you can add a Web Service Call builder to a model to call the service.
