Create taxonomy items

Overview

You will need to create a taxonomy and a set of categories when developing a taxonomy.

1. Click...

   New->Taxonomy

2. Enter identification information.

3. Set access properties.

4. Save the taxonomy form.

 

Creating a category

At least one taxonomy must exist before creating a category.

1. Click...

   New->Category

2. Select a taxonomy or a category to move the category under.

   Items you don't have sufficient access to select will be greyed out, however if these items have children you can select, you will still be able to navigate down to select them.

3. Enter identification information and access properties.

4. Save the category form.
