Declaration view

The Declaration view displays the declaration and definition of the currently selected type or element, as shown in Figure | -7. It is most useful to see the source code of a referenced type within your code. For example, if you reference a customer within your code and you want to see the implementation of the Customer class, just select the referenced type Customer, and the source code of the Customer class is displayed in this view. Clicking directly opens the source file of the selected type in the Java editor.
