  • Overview

A Load Generator is a program that simulates the application's users. Each NeoLoad Controller embeds a Load Generator. Load Generators may be installed as separate programs on other machines.

A zone is a group of Load Generators defined usually by their geographic location. Load Generators on WAN and LAN networks, or those in Europe and in the US may be grouped together.

The Load Generators group box shows all Load Generators detected.

Load Generators icons rely on the following graphic charter:

Warning: Before running a test, it is strongly advised to close the antivirus installed on the Load Generator machine. Keeping the antivirus alive may alter the relevancy of the test results.
