Use the Document Libraries portlet to control access to the content repository containing all the document libraries.

Set Access on Root

...from the Document Libraries page, the administrator can set access to the parent of all the document libraries.

These access control settings apply to all new and existing libraries. Access is set on the content repository that contains all the document libraries and the documents within the libraries.

1. Log in as an administrator.

2. Navigate to the Document Libraries portlet.

3. Click...

   Set Access on Root

   A Resource Permissions window opens and displays a resource permissions grid.

4. Click the Edit Role icon next to the role for which you want to set access.

5. Use the Resource Permissions help for specific information about assigning user roles and permissions.

6. Click Apply to save the changes

7. Click Done to return to the Document Libraries page
