Style sheet element
You store a style sheet file in a style sheet element. To use a
style sheet element create a style sheet component. You cannot store
style sheet elements in authoring templates, sites, site areas or content
items.
Note: You cannot use IBM® Lotus Web Content Management™ to
create or edit style sheet files.
Creating a style sheet element
You can only use
a style sheet element by creating a style sheet component. You cannot add
a style sheet element to authoring templates, sites, site areas or content
items.

You browse for and select a style sheet when creating a style sheet element.
- Using style sheets in items
Style sheets can be used to format the look and feel of IBM Lotus Web Content Management pages in the same way as normal Web Pages.
- Referencing a style sheet
The style element tag is used to reference a style sheet component selected as the default style sheet in an authoring template, or a style sheet component referenced within a site, site area or content item using a component reference.
