Changes to initialization input data sets

Sometimes the initialization input data sets samples change between versions of IBM MQ .

Important changes which are relevant to IBM MQ Version 9.2, and when they were first available, are described below.

Version 9.0.4

The default value of ADOPTCTX for SYSTEM.DEFAULT.AUTHINFO.IDPWOS has changed to YES.

Version 9.0.1

Local queue SYSTEM.REST.REPLY.QUEUE added, to support the IBM MQ REST API.

Review the changes, and update the customized versions we are currently using as required.
