On Linux and Windows, IBM MQ Version 9.0.3 delivers a new command, crtmqdir.

From Version 9.0.3, the amqicdir tool to create or configure the IBM MQ data path has been improved and documented as the crtmqdir command.

Note, however, that the amqicdir tool is still shipped.
