Monitor statistics and metrics
Use the statistics and metrics gathering features of Activities to monitor operations, product usage, and to make configuration adjustments when necessary.
Activities enables you to monitor statistics in the following ways:
- Edit configuration settings to change the schedule on which statistics are collected and to define which statistics are collected.
- Retrieve statistics from a spreadsheet or by using administrative commands.
- Retrieve statistics or metrics from a Web page.

Activities saves statistic and metrics data in comma-separated-value (CSV) format. You can import the Activities statistics or metrics files into any spreadsheet program that supports the importing of CSV files. After you import the data, you can use available spreadsheet functions to analyze or graph the statistics and metrics.
