Increase the Linux kernel setting

Red Hat Intel/Linux Managing Server: if you are using a Linux Managing Server, you need to change the msgmni kernel variable.

You can issue (as root), the following command to set it to 1024.

sysctl –w kernel.msgmni =1024

To check the current setting, use the following command:

ipcs -l
