Testing XML maps in isolation
To test precompleted XML maps without editing them, you use of the Integration Test Client. The maps are not deployed to a server and do not need to be associated with a Mapping primitive.
Only maps with element inputs can be tested. If you create a submap on types, you will not be able to test the map in isolation.
You can only test the map by invoking it from a parent map.
For information on using the test client to test XML maps, see the topic Testing XML maps.
