Manage access to the Advanced Hiring process application

There is a task for administrators to provide access to the Advanced Hiring sample application.

Users who want to step through the Advanced Hiring tutorial need access to the Advanced Hiring sample process application. As an administrator, decide whether to enable read access or both read and write access to the process application. Read access is recommended, so that all users in the IBM BPM configuration can run the Advanced Hiring tutorial without accidentally introducing errors. To enable users to experiment with the implementations included in the tutorial, see Manage process applications. This topic provides instructions for copying the Advanced Hiring sample items to a new process application and granting access to users.

To grant users read access to the Advanced Hiring sample process application, use the following procedure.
